The Pink Magnolia staff are experienced, professional, courteous and ready to take care of all your set-up, take-down, and clean-up needs to secure for a magical experience. Ample curb-side & nearby parking available. Additional fees apply for accommodations of more than 100 guests.
Terms for THE LILLY PAD PACKAGE : 8.25% sales tax and 15% service gratuity are added to all Pink Magnolia packages. Minimum of 50% deposit required to reserve date. Balance due 60 days before event. Cash and Checks (local bank only). Credit Cards accepted with a 10% service charge. No refunds. One hour allotted before for set-up and one hour after event for take-down. $750 property deposit required and not cashed; will be returned upon daytime inspection of property within 3 days after event. Minimum of $750 will be added for each additional hour exceeded by agreed contract. Only The Pink Magnolia security service and bar caterer (licensed and insured) permitted. Outside food & non-alcohol beverage caterers allowed for $250 facility fee. No kitchen facilities including climate controlled equipment available for caterers. All caterers are required to provide their own equipment unless advance arrangements have been made with The Pink Magnolia. Leasing fees increase during peak holidays. - Included is the exclusive use of our Cabana party house and gardens

- Garden Lighting, garden mosquito repellent system, and wireless internet
- Ample curb-side & nearby parking
- Additional fees apply for accommodations of more than 100 guests, and for inclusion of wedding ceremony and/or rehearsal
- The Tulip Package: 2 hours/up to 40 guests
- Included is the exclusive use of our Main House Gallery, Cabana party house, or garden
- Table and chair accommodations, set up, tear down, and clean up
- Package includes accommodations for wedding ceremony and reception
- Tea and water service
- Ample curb-side & nearby parking
- Additional fees apply for accommodations of more than 40 guests and for service of food & alcohol beverages
- Availability for this package Tuesday thru Thursday, including Friday evening (with live music) for additional fee.
Outside food catering permitted. The Pink Magnolia reserves the right to hire its own bar caterer and security staff. Leasing costs may increase during peak holiday seasons for all Pink Magnolia wedding events. The Magnolia Cottage
A separate building in the garden and tastefully decorated, serves as a private retreat for a bride & her wedding attendants, immediate family members, and/or anyone that needs some respite during a busy event. |

The Cabana
The Cabana Party House, located in the middle of our beautiful garden, accommodates up to 50 party guests. The walls of this quaint & cozy party are hand-painted wall with tropicalfloral designs. Its rustic cement floors add to the ambiance. The area includes access to two inside sinks, a mosaic counter/bar, CD stereo system, two outdoor patio gardens, and two full accessible rest rooms (inside the main Art Gallery building). In addition to this Cabana area serving as a wonderful venue for intimate tea parties and group luncheons, this airy indoor area can transform into a great cozy bar lounge. It's all about creativity! Open all the Cabana's French doors; and if you didn't know you were in the middle of a Houston suburb, you may mistaken yourself being on a beautiful exotic island! As a complement, we can attach a party tent with a dance floor to extend indoor space that would allow for more guests to enjoy (for an extra cost). |

Gardens
The romantic gardens at The Pink Magnolia that surround the main house are shaded by the immense spreading of branches of its majestic trees. Quiet nooks, meandering pathways and vine covered trellises create a serene retreat. These gardens have been specially designed to make special memories. Available are four spacious garden areas. Each accommodates beautifully decorated party tents with or without portable wood floors that is sure to embellish our already-beautiful ambiance. All are accessible to our on-site rest rooms. |
Courtyard
Located directly in front of the back art gallery door and immediately beside the ADA ramp. Accommodations allow for up to 60 party guests, without or withouttable/chairs. Loose gravel floor. |

East Lawn
The grassy knoll is located on the east side of the main house, nearest to the onsite parking area, facing East Avenue (the street parallel to Avenue A). This area makes for a serene and peaceful ceremonial and/or reception venue among the shaded trees. This area easily accommodates up to 300 seated guests with a royal-like tropical meandering aisle, with an exquisite floral border, palm trees, benches, and a beautiful fountain. A vine covered benched trellis that sits amidst the trees makes for a charming wedding altar. Standard white wood chairs are available to make the beautiful ceremony setting or our comfortable rocking black metal chairs that can be beautifully decorated with lovely chair covers or a favorite floral. |

Parking Quarters
Located off East Avenue, this area can be closed off and set up to accommodate up to 200 party guests with tables & chairs. Embellished with a canvas tent, this space can double as an outdoor ceremonial venue. Cement floor.
