The Pink Magnolia is a quaint venue to inspire and be inspired. Our tropical theme indoor Cabana blended with our private relaxing garden is a nice escape from the big city hustle and bustle. We even feature a fine art gallery & gift shop in our main house with several of our resident artists once corporate employees themselves, always glad to lead brief discussions on art history, conduct lecture-art demonstrations, and even lead hands-on team building art activity. We are truly one of the most unique venues you will enjoy working with ~ we weren't chosen by Katy Magazine's readership as their Favorite Business in Katy for nothing! We can assist you in planning your staff retreat to the smallest detail and have access to any high tech equipment that you may need. Our WI-FI fast speed internet access is always appreciated.

Our caterers have been hand-chosen and offer delectable catered feasts for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner affairs. For your meeting breaks we offer nutritious & healthy snacks with tea service, hot chocolate, coffee, juices, sodas, and our own flavored water.

Not only are we the perfect setting for leisure learning, meeting presentations, product launches, team-building activities, and fund raisers ~ we are phenomenal at planning extraordinary corporate entertainment. Arrangements can be made for gourmet coffees & smoothies, gourmet ice cream social served from a real live old fashioned ice cream truck … to a full bar service with champagne to toast your successes, a tapas & tinis social, live smooth jazz saxophone background music to a full 17 piece orchestra for dancing under the stars, or a Spanish flamenco floor show with magnificent live guitar & professional dance company to bring your day at The Pink Magnolia to a stimulating and memorable close. Embellishments like caricature artists, mimes, strolling mariachi musicians or belly dancers, and cigar rollers are our specialty. Our fabulous tree lighting and property-wide mosquito repellent system make for an exquisite and comfortable garden atmosphere.

The one acre garden nestled under century old majestic trees at The Pink Magnolia can accommodate up to 300 guests. Indoors in the main house up to 100 and the cabana house up to 40. Whether large or an intimate gathering, The Pink Magnolia is a magical place for your next corporate event.
